Rungwell has received the Ethical Supply Chain Award in the digital services category of the Linwood Responsible Business Awards 2026, presented in London last night.
The judges cited “a level of transparency about pay, progression and attrition that is unusual in any sector and unheard of in this one”, the design of Rungwell’s wellbeing program for sensitive-content work, and Focus Assurance, which they described as “a thoughtful answer to the question every buyer of remote work is asking”.
The award was accepted by Esther Ndirangu and Rowena Dimaculangan, Rungwell’s Country Directors for Kenya and the Philippines, with Kevin Musyoka, a trainer at the Nairobi centre, and Tess Ocampo, a quality reviewer in Manila.
“This belongs to the people who sit at the workstations,” said Ms. Ndirangu. “Every number the judges read was a person deciding to do careful work, every day.”
