Nairobi centre opens its fourth floor

Three hundred and twenty new workstations, a quality floor, two rebuilt restricted rooms, a quiet room and a nursing room.

The Nairobi centre today opened the fourth floor of Kilele Court, adding 320 workstations to the 320 on the third floor. The new floor holds the centre’s quality team, a training room for 48, two restricted rooms for work under client confidentiality, a quiet room and a nursing room.

The restricted rooms have their own access control, no windows onto the open floor, lockers for personal phones, and a counsellor’s office between them. Work in the restricted rooms is always on site and never assigned through Rungwell at Home.

With the new floor the centre can seat 640 labellers per shift. At the end of April it employed 1,071 people, 362 of them working from home.
