Rungwell Tasks 4 is now on every workstation in Nairobi and Manila and on every Rungwell at Home laptop. It is the first version designed with labellers from the start: 64 of them, from both centres, tested it over five months.
Each task now arrives as a card that says what the task involves, how long it usually takes, whether it carries a content warning, and what it pays, before the labeller accepts it. A new earnings view shows the week so far. Tasks can be worked offline for up to four hours and sync when the connection returns, which matters in neighbourhoods where power and data come and go.
The interface is available in English, Kiswahili and Filipino.
Help for the app, including a guide to Focus Assurance, is in the Rungwell Tasks help centre.
