The two floors
Level 8 holds 280 workstations, the cohort room, the canteen and the counsellors’ rooms. Level 9, opened in September 2024, adds another 280 workstations, the quality team, a training room and the centre’s restricted room, where work under client confidentiality agreements is done on site only.
Who works here
We recruit through community colleges, parish livelihood programs and local government employment offices in Quezon City, Caloocan, Marikina and San Mateo, Rizal, and through Rungwell at Home in Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Batangas. Many Manila labellers have worked before, in shops, on construction sites, in garment workshops or at sea; what they have not had is a job with training every week and a clear way up.
