If you work on sensitive content, you have wellbeing time every month, in your shift: 2 hours on S1 work, 4 hours on S2 and 8 hours on S3. You can use it to talk to a counsellor, sit in the quiet room, go for a walk, or simply stop.
How to take it
Tap Me › Wellbeing › Start wellbeing time. The app pauses your queue and stops Focus Assurance until you tap Back to work. You do not need to ask anyone. On S3 work in a restricted room, wellbeing time is taken on the hour, every hour, for ten minutes, whatever the queue says.
Talking to a counsellor
Counsellors are on site at both centres during both shifts, and by phone for Rungwell at Home. Book under Me › Wellbeing › Counsellor, or knock. What you tell a counsellor stays with the counsellor, unless you or someone else is at risk of serious harm.
Stepping away from a project
You can ask to move off any project, for any reason, without losing pay for the shift. Tell your team lead or a counsellor. You will be moved at the end of the task you are on.
Wellbeing time is credited at the centre’s standard task rate.
