You sign in to Rungwell Tasks with your Worker ID and your password. Your Worker ID is printed on your centre pass and looks like NBO-2410-0316: your centre, the year and month you joined, and a number.
The authenticator code
On Rungwell at Home laptops and phones you will also be asked for a six-digit code from the authenticator app your trainer set up. On centre workstations you do not need a code, because the workstation already knows where it is.
If you are locked out
After five wrong passwords the app locks for 15 minutes. If you have forgotten your password, ask your team lead to reset it from Workspace; you will get a new one-time password by text message. Rungwell staff will never ask you for your password, in person, by phone or in a message.
Team leads and quality reviewers
Team leads and quality reviewers also use Rungwell Workspace, a browser application for project documents, guidelines, calibration results and team reports. Your centre’s quality lead will give you access when you take up the role. Shared accounts for the quality floor are managed by the quality lead and must not be used away from the floor.
