The Earnings tab shows your pay period so far: the base for each shift you have worked, your task earnings, any wellbeing time credited, and allowances such as the late-shift meal allowance. Figures are before tax and statutory deductions.
You are paid monthly, on the last working day of the month, into the bank account or mobile money account you gave when you joined. Your payslip is under Earnings › Payslips from the day before.
Why a figure might change
Task earnings are counted when an item is accepted. Most items are accepted within a day. A figure can go down if quality review returns an item for correction, and back up when you correct it.
Questions about your pay
Ask your team lead first. If they cannot answer, they will raise it with the centre’s payroll team, who reply within three working days.
Rates vary by task. Items returned by quality review are credited when corrected and accepted. Items held for a second review under Focus Assurance are credited when released. Wellbeing time is credited at the centre’s standard task rate.
