Rungwell today published its Impact Report for 2024. At the end of the year we employed 2,795 labellers in Nairobi and Manila, 829 of them through Rungwell at Home, and 3,087 people had worked at Rungwell since the Nairobi centre opened in 2016.
Labellers who worked a full month earned a median of 2.2 times the applicable minimum wage in Nairobi and 1.5 times in Metro Manila. Thirty-seven labellers were promoted to senior labeller, reviewer, trainer or team lead during the year.
The 2025 report, covering this year, will be published next June.
